So, what makes golf enjoyable? Golf is enjoyable because of the variety of options available to keep players entertained.

Many People Including my partner and I  love golf for a number of different reasons, here are few of them.

Golf is, by definition, played outside. It enables all players to get outside and enjoy the fresh air in any weather conditions.
Golf may be played in all weather conditions, whether it’s bright or cloudy, hot or cold, dry or rainy.

Other games are guarded and played within fixed lines, gates, or walls, whereas golf grounds allow players to roam over several hundred acres or more.

Golf courses can offer spectacular views and, when compared to other prominent sports, few rivals in terms of setting.

There are golf courses that run alongside seas and golden beaches, some that run through forests and parklands, and still others with breathtaking mountain views.

It is always fun to have some healthy competition!

Golf is not a physically demanding sport. A lot of people don’t think that way, which is why they can play for so long if they want to!

Golfers can walk up to 3.5 -5  kilometres on a typical 18-hole round.They include uphill, downhill, sand and difficult terrains. You may get your heart pumping with any sort of physical activity.

A lot of health benefits are associated with playing golf consistently, including enhanced sleep, increased fitness and lower stress.

Also, golfers are constantly challenged by the course itself as well as their playing partners, letting them express their competitive instincts in the process.

Many retired professional athletes, and many others, play golf for this reason.

When it comes down to it, it is just you and your head attempting to convince yourself that you are capable of hitting that little white ball across thousands of yards with minimal margin for error.

Golf is, by definition, played outside. It enables all players to get outside and enjoy the fresh air in any weather conditions.

There are golf courses next to seas and beautiful beaches, courses through forests and parklands, courses with stunning mountain views, and even courses that end within a minute walk of town centres.

Wildlife enthusiasts can expect to see birds, deer, foxes, squirrels, butterflies, eagles, geese, rabbits, ducks, and even alligators and snakes.

And any activity that brings you outside in the fresh air is good for your health.

Vitamin D acquired from sunlight strengthens individuals’ immune systems and, in particular, supports bone and cell growth in children.

So merely by playing golf, you will wind up spending a lot of time outside, on average approximately 4 hours, and as a result, you will enjoy some health benefits simply by being outside.
